Artist's Comments

Yeah, what an interesting title. I wanted to put "The Black Sisters Notice Something" but it was too long.

For all of those who've seen the 4th movie of Harry Potter, you'll get my drift here. I'm pretty sure if Narcissa and Bellatrix were forced to wear those dorky outfits like in the movie, they'd be pretty shocked.

Character design wise, I found this picture to be extremely difficult, especially since Bellatrix Lestrange and Narcissa Malfoy are both togethor in the same image, standing next to each other.

I decided I wanted them to look the same yet different at the same time. Naturally, Bella is much more pale because she was in Azkaban, Cissy's hair is much more poofy and well cared for, yet they have similar hairstyles, facial features and the same eyecolour. I wanted them to look like sisters, but not twins. I think I succeeded very nicely.

I hope you guys find it funny. It's meant to be mocking both the costume designer for Goblet of Fire and the triple K.

Bellatrix Black/Lestrange and Narcissa Black/Malfoy belong to JK Rowling.
The KKK belong to Satan.
Image belongs to me.

:lmao: Awesome, and yes, the costumes in the movie WERE designed by the KKK. Hehhehe. God they messed up on that so bad.

I love the expressions and I think you did a great job putting both characters together and making them look like realistic siblings. And for some reason I really like Bella's nose.
Mild critique: I think you need to tone down the either the highlights or the shadows on Bellatrix's hair. When I first looked I just thought "grey splotches?"

The glowy skulls are a nice touch. *thumbs up*

Heh. KKK Costumes blow. I think it would be kinda obvious to point out a death eater when their head looks like an ice cream cone. ^^ good job.

Fiddle dee dum, fiddle dee dee, the Old Gray Lady is after me. She wants my shoes, she wants my skin. Theres none so small she cant fit in.

Poor girls...Well, at least they aren't dressed like the wicked witch of the west....Wait...that might have been better in the movie.....bah...

awesome picture...I like how Cissy wants to go burn crosses...

There's only a few true vampires and no Cullens are on that list. Besides, Jareth the Goblin King is the only one who can pull off OMGMANSPARKLES!!! and still be considered believably wicked.

Thanks, dude. I'll check on the school computers cause I have a naturally dark screen resolution and that might be a factor in the contrast in Bella's hair. Thankees.

this is a really cute image.

but i am slightly confused by the KKK reference seeing that their robes are all white in reference to the ghosts of confederate soldiers and the robe in the move were black. are you referring to the masked they wore or the overall hiding your identity thing, i guess i just never thought of that connection when i saw the movie.

still great job!
